Stock items are dispatched using your choice of service at cost:-

First class signed for with a postal box - no frills box - orders under £49.99 - £3.45

First class signed for with a gift box - orders over £50.00 and under £99.99 - £5.39

All orders over £100 - free delivery - via Royal Mail Special Delivery

I don't use excessive packaging and reuse bubble wrap envelopes that my raw materials come in. I try to recycle where I can and all my packaging is made from recycled materials.

Items made to order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days unless the item needs hallmarking which can take up to 3 weeks before dispatch. You will be informed of the delivery time in the item description on the page of each product. I shall also email you of any expected delays or improvements on delivery.
